The process is simplified because I work independently. I don't work for corporate real estate conglomerates that demand scripted calls, high-pressure sales tactics, and harrassing sales calls. I'm an ethical, no-pressure REALTOR® who will work hard for you, and at your pace! I've outlined below what our first chats/meetings might look like. Let's talk!

INITIAL DISCUSSION

This involves a casual chat about what you are looking for in your home search, to include: How quickly you're planning to purchase, your areas/neighborhoods of focus, home requirements, and budget.

This allows me to get a picture of how I can best set things in motion and create a customized plan with a time frame that's comfortable and convenient for you.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATIONS

In preparation for viewing homes, we will want to get you preapproved. Not only do many sellers require one, a preapproval gives you confidence you'll be able to comfortably purchase the home you fall in love with. I can guide you through this.

PREPARE FOR THE SEARCH

After our initial discovery of your requirements, I'll set you up with tools or alerts so you can start looking at online inventory. Sure, you can find online search engines, but the most current and accurate inventory will come directly from MLS feeds. My website is also set up with multiple MLS system feeds that service my area and surrounding ones to ensure we capture as many options as possible for you.

SCHEDULING A TOUR

When you are ready, we will put boots on the ground! Once your homes are selected, I will schedule the tours! Dress comfortably and let's have some fun too!
