I'm an experienced, award-winning real estate broker serving Jasper, Ellijay and the surrounding North Georgia mountains. I'm friendly, down-to-earth and hands-on - whether we're touring a home or walking land, I want you to feel comfortable asking questions, looking closely and taking the time to make a smart decision.

I'm a U.S. Air Force veteran married to a U.S. Navy veteran. We moved from the Midwest in 2014 and made our home on a mountain lot right on the Pickens/Gilmer County line - which means I can honestly say I live in both Jasper and Ellijay.

Mountain real estate often takes a little more digging. I'm an FAA-certified drone pilot, and I use mapping, property research and terrain analysis to help my clients better understand the land they're buying or selling. I also work extensively with land, acreage and buyers planning to build, so I'm comfortable getting off the pavement - and getting a little dirty.

My primary real estate market is Jasper, Ellijay and the surrounding areas of Pickens and Gilmer Counties. I keep my service area intentionally local because mountain real estate is different from one community to the next - roads, terrain, restrictions, utilities and even access can matter just as much as the property itself.

Knowing the area well allows me to give my clients more informed, focused guidance - whether I'm listing a home, walking acreage or helping a buyer find the right place.
