The IND-H district is established primarily to encourage the development of heavy industrial uses, as distinct from general industrial uses. (b) Area, yard, height and buffer requirements. The following requirements apply in the IND-H district: (1) Minimum lot size: one acre, or as required to meet buffers. (2) Reserved. (3) Front yard setback (from right-of-way): 40 feet. (4) Side yard setback (from property line): 20 feet. (5) Rear yard setback (from property line): 20 feet. (6) Maximum building and structure height: 75 feet.
